I was very disappointed to see no one masked working here and to hear one worker ( not our stylist ) say how she was not vaccinated. The conversation surrounding Covid was really disappointing in these times numbers are rising again.

I have used this location 4-5 times. And I will say the stylist makes a difference. Sadly, I don't remember the name of the young lady I would recommend (my bad). I have had her 2 times for sure. The first was a regular business cut, and it was a great experience, the cut was a tad shorter than I might have liked but it was a great cut. She was friendly and polite and fun for an old man like me to visit with. I will get her name before I go again. I did as said have another young lady on another visit and I will assume she was having a bad day. Enough said. My suggestion would be simple get to know your stylist. And for those who have a lesser experience relax, it grows back.

Had my haircut by Ashley. I was specific in how I wanted it cut. I don't think she got it. The cut is shorter than I wanted and chopped up in the back. Upon payiing with my debit card, the screen asks how much I wanted to tip. The first option was $5. I had a $15 haircut. I wanted to tip 20% which would be $3. Instead I had to tip 5, which I don't think she deserved. I don't usually do this kind of reviewing but I have to walk around with this lousy haircut until it grows out.
